      Pros

      The company is flexible with your work hours

      Cons

      A lot of the managers and coordinators act like children, a lot of staff are young and untrained by the the people hiring them, the rules that they set in place for the workplace don't match what the clients need, the clients barely get what they need and their money is paying for the company. It's just a shame that the clients have to suffer because of poor leadership.

      Pros

      I've been working at IRI since June of 2021, and I've enjoyed my experience here so far. I've been able to gain experience in different offices within the company, and the staff has been really helpful and welcoming. I'm getting a very well-rounded experience in non-profit management, and I appreciate the commitment everyone here has in regard to bettering the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

      Cons

      You really have to be ready and willing to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment, which isn't necessarily a con, but may take some getting used to for some.

      Pros

      Eastchester have great staff I work well with. And my Supervisor is really understanding and kind.

      Cons

      You don’t leave exactly the time you supposed to leave from work. No increase paid employment as a DSP.
