Pros

The only pros were the clients

Cons

- culture of burn-out is prevalent from management down to direct care - you are expected to be on call 24/7 with no additional salary or hourly wage increase - the homes/residences are awful and depressing, full of people just staring off into space - staff are disrespectful to and about clients

Pros

New faces and the community was very diverse with different individuals that dealt with different disabilities. More or so a new experience but it was fun to see me be able to help out someone when needed.

Cons

Staff wasn't on the same page for most topics
