Pros

The people that I supported were like family to me I really loved those guys.

Cons

Everything!, There was absolutely no support from program coordinators. Most Senior managers were more concerned with saving their own jobs than actually assisting their subordinates in growing and managing the residential homes. The work environment is very stressful and completely overwhelming.

Pros

You may meet nice people.

Cons

There is a lot of micromanaging and people teaming up against you. They over work you and the pay does not equate. They do not care about you as a person. They just want you to work work work for them. Very stressful!
