One of our most important objectives is to have happy employees and cultivate a positive culture. You know from your time at Macrosoft we have an open-door policy for all team members. I am pleased that you felt secure in your role and enjoyed the flexibility of our office environment. I am disappointed in your concern about lack of technical growth. We are a learning organization and value advancing with the newest technologies. Putting clients first is always our priority an often clients’ needs remain in an older technology platform. We focus on delighting the client with every project no matter the technology stack with which we work.
