As you know, though Macrosoft has our development center in Lahore, yet all of our clients are in the US. Our client commitments require us to deliver based on the client time zones, not where the work is being done. We will take your comments to heart and will ask for more realistic delivery schedules. We also expect employees to push back or provide alternatives to how to deliver such as offering a delivery before the start of the next day for the US client rather than the end of the previous day. In many cases, this simple shift can work well for both the client and the development team. We need our team to keep us considering options that work for everyone. Again thank you for your feedback. And we are sorry you had difficulty working the hours required to delight our clients.

Ebbs and flows of project work are always an issues. We do our best to manage the deadlines of our clients to ensure we are not impacting our employees. We appreciated the dedication you obviously provided to the projects you worked. We wish you success in all that you do
