Chaos - Lacking of Integrity

Pros

The salary provided was better than expected.

Cons

Alternatives to integrity-based judgement are a norm. Total chaos created by poor management and a skeleton staff in the US are leading to customer dissatisfaction, poor project practices and multiple instances of misconstrued guidance to customers, employees and future endeavors.

High potential company!

Pros

Inoapps is very updated to latest cloud technology, ITIL oriented, Willing to take me in as Operations Manager even through i am totally new in Oracle space, a lot new technology and knowledge to learn, my Manager has given me a lot of trust even i am new and delegated a lot of quality assignment to me. Pay is very good in my opinion.

Cons

Office space is a bit outdated and bored, less employee benefit compare to my previous employer (but basic benefit still available such as Medical Outpatient and Inpatient coverage)
