Pros

Small Company, less politics. If you do not like who you are working with your colleagues will change with each project.

Cons

No "map" for employee growth. Mostly independent contractors and very few full time employees. No formal review process and few opportunities to gain training. Management is not concerned with employee feedback. Lack of project management and vision. Lots of promises to employees that are never fulfilled.

Pros

The people that work here are amazing (smart and fun). The culture is tight knit and your co-workers become your best friends. There is a strong culture of development and coaching. I always felt like leadership had my back and was helping me plan for my next role, promotion, development opportunity, etc. I really felt like I was in control of my career.

Cons

None that I can think of!
