Great company to work for. Relatively flat structure means that you can get things done quicker and get your opinion heard by the relevant people.

Cons

Often really busy and resourcing can be a challenge but this hasn’t been helped by the current Covid situation.

Pros

The people I interacted with within the whole organisation were very friendly and helpful regardless of how high up the ladder they were. They encourage training and improvement.

Cons

They seem to have hit a big growth spurt quite quickly and are still figuring out how to do things now that they are a bigger company
