Management quick to blame staff and openly bully employees, with little or no consideration of illness or any other condition. Extreme cases of favouritism with one or two employees being clear favourites; they get all the attention and help whereas everyone is else is secondary. Management team only understand one area of the Oracle Product stack but claim otherwise which is reflected in their plans / ideas. Unrealistic in its plans and ambitions, with a culture of forcing clients to pay as much as possible. Zero help or guidance from the management, only interested in revenue being generated or to bully you if you are not; no real understanding or consideration of how to build trusted relationships with clients. Major deals won typically qualified and won by Oracle, then handed to Inoapps to deliver through ‘old school friends’ type favouritism, very little actual opportunity generation from the beginning. Zero investment in personal development or welfare. Management team is from the 80’s and completely out of touch. Very little respect for client or staff, It's all about the money. High turnover of staff tells the story.
