      Pros

      Amazing and competent staff of techs and nurses. Doctors willing to teach. New technology.

      Cons

      Senior leadership. Totally unwilling to meet the needs of the staff. Only recognized negatively. Zero retention strategies. Would rather replace you with someone less experienced and cheaper to employ. Incompetent and unprofessional HR representatives.

      I have been here about four months, and it is a good job to learn hospital settings and lab procedures.

      You stand on your feet all day it may lead you tired in the end your shift.
