      I have really enjoyed my 4 years and counting at Inova...working in healthcare can be challenging, but I cannot think of any cons to speak of about Inova.

      Supportive coworkers. No micro-management. Leadership is genuine. I like being at work.

      Long walk from parking. Desperately need an employee garage.
