      - get to gain lots of experience in different acuity levels within the unit - great amount of learning opportunities - everyone knew there stuff!

      Cons

      - huge unit - hardly work with the same people consistently

      scheduling allows you to switch shifts or have shifts picked up no issues co-workers are very team oriented

      very check box, doesn't allow a lot of clinical thinking skills huge turn over rate
