      Pros

      Inova Health has some of the most supportive and team-oriented people I’ve ever worked with. Everyone jumps in to help, shares knowledge freely, and genuinely wants each other to succeed including management. It’s the kind of environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, celebrating wins together, and leaning on your team during busy days. The culture feels positive, collaborative, and human.

      Cons

      I do wish there was a bit more offered in terms of pay and bonuses. But overall great benefits.
