I found the work environment to be demanding with limited opportunities for growth. Despite consistently performing well and even requesting a promotion, it became clear that upward mobility was not a possibility. Additionally, there was a pervasive feeling of being underpaid and overworked, which was echoed by many colleagues. When these concerns were raised to management, the response was dismissive, and I was advised to move on if I wanted better opportunities. Overall, while I gained valuable clinical experience, the lack of support and fair compensation made it difficult to feel valued in the role.
