I have never worked at a hospital where I felt so seen, valued, appreciated, and genuinely cared about by both my coworkers and my managers. A lot of hospitals pull the "we are all family here" as away to manipulate employees in to agreeing to be treated poorly. At IMVH, no one has ever said that to me, they just actually be have that way. Nurses look out for each other, your Techs look out for you, your manager looks out for you, and there is a pervasive culture of wanting to lift each other up. I would gladly work in this hospital for the rest of my life.
