      Not perfect, but not the worst

      Pros

      I like the unit that I work on. There are some good people who work there, and some great teamwork, especially on nights. I am able to make a LOT of money by picking up overtime and bonuses.

      Cons

      You have to work there awhile to earn respect, whether you are a new grad or come with experience. Staffing is always a problem. Retention is a problem. The culture of my unit is a problem. Management is overwhelmed due to the size of our unit, and our staffing and bonuses are not always within their control.
