Pay could be more. Found out after 2+ years that I was being paid $6 less per hour than someone with the same amount of RN experience as me.

Great benefits and compensation, award winning hospital

Cons

Overworked/ hustle culture, high turnover and overtime on a continuous basis. Company offers generous PTO but not allowed to take it due to being short staffed . Micromanaged on every little detail of the job. All they seem to care about is the bottom line/ money.
