      Pros

      Full benefits with full time hours, work 3 days a week, extra hours are sometimes available. Few company events with free food.

      Cons

      Patients come from other units/ER and later on find out is on precautions for possible infectious diseases. Management can be over worked and stressed, therefore trickles down on employees, doesn't treat employees like they are human and are not valued. Techs are always understaffed and overworked in a continuous cycle.
