      Be sure to shadow on a Saturday or Sunday, during the shift you'd work, and in all the areas you make practice in.

      Cons

      pervasive gossip, inconsistent dissemination of information, rampant bullying/cliques, inconsistent performance expectations, obsession with numbers/speed rather than people/ quality care. Staff hesitant to report events and/or share concerns (even via surveys) for fear of retaliation.
