Great training experience for physicians

Excellent benefits, responsive administration and overall great place to train

Cons

As with any residency, hours are long and there is not always a lot of back up coverage. Would recommend more concrete meal/ food benefits.

Good company, pay could be better for location

Inova is a great health system to work for, people are nice, locations are good, more updated buildings than other health systems in the area.

Cons

Pay is not great considering the cost of living and the location of their hospitals and offices.
