      Great co-workers--at least in the Cardiac division Willing to spend money on medical technology Decent non-financial benefits such as vacation time and time off for bereavement

      Bottom-line thinking is the driving force now. It used to be a great place to work at, but money is now their focus. Executive level managers are making bad short term decisions that will have long term impacts on reimbursements.
