      Benefits are OK Educational classes You'll get a lot of bedside care experience

      Cons

      Things are getting really worse and worse in Inova and management could care less. Basically, nurses have 5-6 patients on a day shift! Lots of nurses left to work somewhere else, which is very sad and the management doesn't care. There is no retention bonuses or anything like that to keep nurses.

      My skills, knowledge, and expertise in my field of study were appreciated by most of my coworkers, management and other departments.

      Cons

      The financial compensation was minimal when considering the cost of living in the area and that was my only serious complaint.
