Horrible product training, sales over promises and underserved clients resulting in cancellations, management clueless about the products themselves just seat fillers in roles delegating tasks, extremely low pay for the work and mental stress placed upon the employees, lots of unsatisfied customers who were misled about the products and their abilities, SOPs outdated and training videos not of good use when handling issues with products. 60 days in and I knew this wasn’t the job for me and I have always been a great performer in any role I’ve held. The red flag I should’ve paid attention to was being interviewed by a manager and upon onboarding finding out she had quit.
