      Narrrow focus on employer profitability at the expense of employee

      Pros

      Small company that idealy would allow one to play multiple roles. Growing company especially in this tough economy.

      Cons

      Worst work life balance. No respect for personal life. HR is the worst HR I have ever seen and thats because of the their leader. Wants full control without being able to execute. Management has no time for employees. Selfish and greed driven.. Want more revenues without caring for employee. No recognition.

      Pros

      Inovalon has some great people and a decent technology stack. There were plenty of efforts to work with remote staff.

      Cons

      Just like many technology companies, they have purchased other organizations, and just can't seem to put them together in a cohesive way. Multiple years of RIFs. An example is laying off a large amount of employees in the morning and in the afternoon holding a company webinar to announce promotions. Pretty bad form.

      - Terrible responsibility structure - Little to no transparency within the department - Way too much red tape - No growth opportunities - Trying to talk with management is akin to pulling teeth
