      Allowed to work from home but that’s about it.

      Cons

      Corrupt leadership. No opportunities for advancement. Covert racism. Favoritism. Absolutely no work life balance. The list is to long. Be prepared to be miserable.

      very unorganized, rude management as well as lacking knowledge in the field especially compliance department, little room for growth, little care shown for staff, minimal training for new hires, fast turnover of employees, unethical workspace
