      Pros

      My major PRO is that I have the ability to work from home as needed. It gives a great work/life balance and prevents someone from work related stress. A couple of additional PROs are its pay, hours, and the location (across the street from the Town Center). My personal career growth is also a PRO for me. I was able to start from the bottom and make my way towards the top, and that is something that is of major importance for me while job searching. BTW, I think the CEO is awesome. He's always been extremely personable to me and its rare (when he is in the building) that I'll see him without a smile on his face. He's a cool man!

      The temperature in the building varies. Always bring a jacket.

      Pros

      The people I work with are some of the best. We work as a team to accomplish tasks and goals. I also get to work on projects across various departments of the company, which makes for a great way to meet new people and build communities at work.

      Cons

      Sometimes parking in the Bowie office is a challenge.

      A Lot of Opportunity

      Pros

      The organization's mission is very easy to get behind with a number of opportunities to see your work and the work of your team really make an impact. The environment is very fast paced due to the nature of the business and industry we are in. There are a lot of smart, creative, motivating, passionate individuals who work at the organization. New leadership has begun to communicate more often and provide more transparency into our short- and long-term strategy, as well as implemented additional HR benefits.

      Cons

      Flexibility varies by organization, department and manager, so would be beneficial to implement a standard that allows all teams a more flexible schedule with opportunity to telecommute.
