      Pros

      I recently began my employment at Inovalon, and the HR team is by far on top of the scale in service and expertise, compared to any other company I have worked in throughout my career. The professionalism of my recruiter created a positive first impression of the company, and every interaction I have had with my new colleagues since I started has been warm and welcoming.

      Fast hiring process...they’ll hire anyone No drug testing Pay

      Cons

      The HOURS they tell you one thing to get you in the door and once you’re hired they tell you another thing. They CONSTANTLY have systems issues but want you to work through them. No support from the staff they literally throw you on the production floor and expect you to be a top performer after maybe a few days of training. And did I forget to tell you THEY DO NOT PAY ON TIME!!!! Said something about a glitch. This company is UNPROFESSIONAL and they do not care about their employees.
