They let us go through training for two weeks then laid us off two weeks after we were out on the floor. Dont waste your time with them!

Except good immigration team, I do not see anything good in this company.

Cons

First of all, there is very less work and the reason is they do not have handful of projects to engage people. Sometimes you will feel you just come office to relax which might be good for some people but again with this there is no learning. Second, no career growth which means no promotions for example to become Sr BA from BA is tough not because your performance but because your manager does not really want you to be. There is absolutely no career development.  If you want to get a sponsorship you should join this company considering you have no other options to choose, however experienced people with valid H1-B should look for better options.
