The culture is toxic. No trust between any levels or teams. No one understands why they have so many lay offs because communication is awful - non existent, condescending and/or cold. That function doesn't care about the employees but someone is protecting the CEO or just in general kissing up to him. Probably just trying to keep their job or just not get yelled at daily by him. Lots of bad behavior that is ignored or hidden to protect some nasty leaders, mostly men by the way.

Its a sinking ship , company has no future . Major clients continue to leave , "Inovalon One" initiative is already a failure. They are letting go of everyone slowly but consistently . They hope to follow outsourcing model. This year alone ( its only been 2 quarters) they have had 2 massive lay offs and their are strong rumors of another following quarter. If you are about to join you might think you are special and it must be the poor performers that deserved it , you are wrong. No one is indispensable here. They have bought Ability , hoping to steal its clientele but the truth is Inovalon's products are no good and no one wants to continue with them. The massive loan they have taken to please Wall Street wont really work, they just dont have enough revenue coming in. They are just a glorified staffing firm at this point , abusing poor h1/international visa holders who leave other full time options only to get sucked into this company's hire and fire model. Stay away is all I can advise.
