      Pros

      Really smart, hardworking teammates make coming to work a rewarding experience. Great opportunity to be on the front edge of truly important work going on in the healthcare industry.

      Cons

      Like so many companies, managers lack proper training, which often causes log jams and communication challenges. No consistent message from the top down. Lots of changing of minds, which can be frustrating. Too much tip toeing around leadership team.

      I honestly can't think of much.

      Cons

      Every year, Inovalon has multiple layoffs. Due to that, you will see an influx of negative reviews. They are generally true. The company has a longstanding reputation of not valuing employees and it has created a toxic culture that permeates throughout the organization. After the negative reviews, recruiting "encourages" current employees to submit positive reviews. Look at the pattern yourself! Don't trust the positive reviews.

      - Positive, vibrant and passionate peers - Team atmosphere within many departments - Community focused at the employee level - Employee recognition -Team and group events - team building - Flexibility in schedule, and work hours (e.g., ability to work from home, which helps with work-life balance)

      Cons

      - Lack of consistency within the company - More transparency as far as strategy and year over year goals of the company as a whole
