Good people. Remote work options. And I did have great work life balance on the team I was on.

Cons

Too many layoffs create a stressful work environment. ELT turnover creates a lot of confusion with changing strategies and goals. Even though I had supportive managers (your mileage may vary by team) career advancement opportunities are hard to come by.
