Pros

- Really smart & dedicated people - Great employee development program and team has been in place for a couple of years now to help talented associates further develop their skills - Company really wants to positively impact health care and peoples' lives

Cons

- Management vacillates between micro-managing and being aloof, rather than providing a framework and the opportunity for Associates to take ownership and execute on their vision - Communication between management & associates - especially as it relates to company strategy & vision, is improving but still lacking

Able to work from home.

Cons

I worked at Inovalon for over 5 years. Very inconsistent schedule and sometimes no work at all for weeks. Leads change often and never really know you so when it is time to have evaluations they may be done by someone who has not worked with you very long and really knows you and your work ethic.
