Pros

Working at home most of the time. I'm not sure anymore there is any pros for the company! If you only wanna work occasionally it's a good job for you!

Cons

The last year there has been a lot of periods of no work! Communication is horrible! They keep telling us how they are expanding but the work flow doesn't reflect it!

Pros

Steady paycheck, except for that one time...

Cons

I have never worked for a company that cared less about it's employees. The work is unsteady, if available at all. You are told to log off if it's slow, nevermind that you are trying to earn a living! Easy for them to say. Easy for them to get rid of hard-working employees like yesterday's trash.

Former Corporate Recruiter

Pros

The nature of the work that the company does it interesting.

Cons

I was employed at Inovalon as a Corporate Recruiter a few years ago. I was full time and not a 'contract recruiter' that they will often hire. From time to time, I will check in via Glassdoor with hopes of seeing improvements to the company culture. Is laughable how poorly Inovalon continues to treat employees. I was employed at a time prior to the IPO and back then, morale was incredibly low. Recruiters hated their job - they were required to make 2 hires per day, no matter what. Offers to unqualified candidates were made over the phone immediately after the phone screen questions were complete. It really stunk working there during a time where all management and the CEO cared about was money. It is a shame that even since their IPO and continued "growth" that the company culture continues to be deplorable. Take it from a former recruiter who recruited people like you - yes you, reading this review - don't work here.
