      Pros

      Inovalon has some great people and a decent technology stack. There were plenty of efforts to work with remote staff.

      Cons

      Just like many technology companies, they have purchased other organizations, and just can't seem to put them together in a cohesive way. Multiple years of RIFs. An example is laying off a large amount of employees in the morning and in the afternoon holding a company webinar to announce promotions. Pretty bad form.
