Cons
Senior management lies constantly to employees and clients, wants shareholders to believe they are leaders in the industry but they can't even provide working systems. Staff has to lie to clients and make them believe the issues are with providers not complying when Inovalon's faulty systems cause the company to fail to meet deadlines. They initiate massive layoffs after publicly bragging about how well the company is doing. Random terminations, cut-throat and fear mongering culture. Advice: Pass up any opportunity you are offered and clients should find a company that isn't risking the security of their data to the thousands of employees that are in and out of the revolving employee door.
