      Pros

      Flexibility was the best thing, and independence would be the next. Job was good when work was available, but that was all.

      Cons

      At first, communication was great. Started working here 4 years ago. Over time, communication was less and less, then work came to sudden halt and one day you get a phone call that that day will be your last day at work. Nurses let go and being replaced with cheaper help, medical assistants, etc. Once company went public, it really went downhill.
