Rude mgmnt, very selective communication, depending who you speak to you get a different answer, no one on the same page . Very little work , I had to find out just by chance from a complete stranger from across the country on a web conference call when to expect the lull in work and she was spot on. Why can't the company be more clear about what to expect rather than dodging these questions so staff can anticipate work and at least know what to plan on?? Very shady, unprofessional .

Warned upfront that work is project based and inconsistent, but of 11 months probably had 4 of steady work. Pay low but task not complicated. Hourly rate for reviews, $10/hr for "admin time". Required 24h/week commitment of availability, but work available very inconsistent. NO communication of projected work availability. Management and tech support mediocre. Occasional "go team emails" apparently company wide with no relevance to our department. Got the impression, this project was NOT important to the company and its investment in personnel and communication reflected that. Then laid off effective immediately.
