Pros
PTO provided up front, lower-level associates/teammates are the most genuine people at this organization, free lunches when they feel like being nice.
Cons
Very low starting salary, Operations department is extremely reactive and genuinely does not care for system issues (recently implemented SAFHIRE database), and has no interest in improving it for the sake of the same employees they chastise for not reaching daily productivity standards. Horrible bonus/raise system, PTO is not accrued, no seniority based system. Terrible communication between working levels of management and everyone is looking for the next person to be their fall guy. Nonexistent kudos, everyone expects you to be a machine and churn out production that they are not even able to facilitate properly. Benefits are horrid, CIGNA deductible plans are the worst in the business.
