Communication between field staff and office staff.

They are slave drivers, very high stress! There's an enormous pressure placed on their employees with the constant threat of being fired. Weekly and Biweekly job evaluations reminding you of the potential to loose your job once you fall under their 95% level of job performance and expectation. Your calls are randomly selected, monitored and graded. Environment is a call center with monitoring of not only the calls with a minimum number of calls required daily, but the employee is not to take more than a 2 minute break between each call. They monitor even the time you are away at the bathroom which is maximum 7 minutes. You are also not allowed to answer nor look at your phone. Bottom line is the location I worked in closed its doors after so many employees, quit, got fired or got sick from the high stress!!
