Upper Management was the issue. They proved dishonest about company policies and guidelines..everyone was not treated the same. Some people who are favored are allowed off for days that should be excused under company policy while others are penalized. Unfair treatment of employees.

This is mostly a traditional 8-5 job with a descent starting salary. The overall health benefits are OK. Some mid level management still care about the employees.

Cons

Upper management sees only dollar signs And is completely disconnecte from reality. They constantly expect 12-14 hours of production in an 8 hour day. It is stressful to work here.
