      Supervisors and Leads are moody and inexperienced

      Work from home and overtime

      Cons

      Supervisors are not as smart as they like to think and they are often short with their staff. I am not sure if it is due to higher management or the actual fact that the leads are in over their head. Either way the leads need to now where to direct their moodiness ----not at their team who is making them look good!!

      Pros

      Lots of room for growth at this company as it is growing like crazy. Health care information is a growth industry and you will be able to leverage your experience / knowledge with other companies.

      Cons

      Very high tempo and demanding environment. This company is not for the faint of heart. Lots of internal change going on right now and unclear as the the outcome
