Work/life balance exists for most of the worker bees, but not for the management team in general. The leaders are all afraid of the owner of the company. I think the company would do much better with better direction, although the company has made some advanced technological capital investments (Big Data and Private Cloud). Very stressful work environment.

This company has been going downhill fast. It starts at the top and the culture does not promote the people who stay late and work so hard and that give up time with their families. No work/life balance. I have sacrificed so much working here. There is no leadership direction or valuing of the employees. I had to endure abuse from the CEO and officers who shouldn't be in those positions. They treat women poorly like they have no value. There is no diversification, just white men who try to run the company. They don't want your opinion. They tell clients what they should buy and don't listen to the client's needs. They don't appreciate their sales people, their client service people or product departments. They keep losing clients and I am embarrassed to work for such a company and that is why I finally left. Really consider if you want to work at Inovalon. You will regret it.
