      Ability to work remote if you live far enough away.

      Management (mostly) mean and hateful to their employees. They manage people with insults and constant threats.

      Growing private company in a great location. Inovalon leaders listen to feedback and are willing to evolve and make changes as the Company scales for the future. Inovalon values its high performers and provides development opportunities. The Company is increasing its investment in and dedication to a highly diversified workforce. The technology and opportunities are interesting and exciting.

      Cons

      Like most technology companies, it's a fast-paced environment, not necessarily an 8 hour day every day.
