      1. Compensation and Benefits far below Market 2. Wide disparity in Compensation among employees with same responsibilities and teams. 3. Managed Top-Down with no concept of Profit Sharing below 3 rd level from CEO. 4. HR grossly misrepresents benefits and advantages until hiring and on-boarding., then turn deaf ear.

      Pros

      The services and products meet the market demand and the company is growing fast. Good reward and recognition on hard-working employees. Great career growth opportunities (promotions).

      Cons

      Consistently very high turnover rate in both employees and executive leadership team, the benefits (i.e. medical insurance) are poor, little training opportunities, no education reimbursement, the working schedule is not flexible, start-up selling and building plus military management style, working overtime is a norm, highly stressful working environment.
