      Pros

      There are a lot of very intelligent, hard working people that want to be successful as individuals, and more importantly as a team. There are many opportunities for growth both in skills and in level. I think that the senior leadership team are dedicated to success, and have a clear growth plan in place. If you want to work in a fast paced, high energy, growth company, then this could be a good start.

      Cons

      The pace of growth can be a bit overwhelming. While it is great to see the business grow, it can also create challenges. There does not seem to be a slow season, so you have to be able to work at a high level of productivity nearly 100% of the time.

      Pros

      The company is stacked with talent at all levels. It operates at a frenetic pace, but it is necessary in order to keep up with the incredible growth opportunities. There appears to be a genuine effort to maintain an employee focus while at the same time respond to the evident growth opportunities. I have been here a year, I have witnessed significant improvement in attempts to share information and communicate more effectively with everybody. There is a lot of incredibly hard work going on. It's definitely not a place for the faint of heart, but it can provide great opportunity and reward for bright people who want to make an impact.

      Cons

      The pace at which the company is growing poses challenges for some of the mid level managers in striking the appropriate work-life balance for their direct reports. These leaders need to evolve more in developing a climate or productivity and employee satisfaction.

      This job was a good starting job for someone with little experience.

      Cons

      The job was boring. The entire day is spent on the phone talking to people who do not want to be talking to you.
