NO benefits, PTO, Sick time, or paid holidays. Instructors were rude to people Constant change in your lead or their supervisor Poor response from HR, IT or lead Supposedly flexible hours mean 8-5 eastern time Frequent IT outages where you are expected to sit at the computer without pay and return to work when fixed. ( once it was over 8 hours. Only allowed to make up2 hours if you are off for personal reasons OR IT downtime. Rarely is OT offered Times that there is NO work but expected to remain at your conputer waiting for work to be available with NO compensation. Projects change frequently. expected to complete a set # of reviews even if the reviews are 1000 pages long. They tell you it evens out but if you dont learn how to get around the system you would not have the productivity required. NO espect for employees Many broken promises I could keep going but that is the gist.
