Pros

Good mid level management. Good starting job if you are looking to gain experience.

Cons

The recruitment is based on promises, they don't have any intent on fulfilling. The HR takes a U-Turn in attitude the moment you take the job offer and show up on first day. If you are some one who needs immigration sponsorship , DO NOT Join here. Talk to several employees who are in similar situation before you take up the offer. NO Bonus. NO Raise... Benefits are downgraded after you join. Get first hand opinion from current employees before you take up the job and negotiate your pay upfront. the Morale is so bad that the CEO has to send a reminder email every month about company motto and respect towards peers. you will be in a different team every 2 months. the average length of employee on job is below 6 months. Do not join this place unless you absolutely have no place else to go and you an interim income until you find a good company.

High burnout results in high turnover

Pros

Salary is competitive. Employees are not micromanaged. Employees/peers seem to work well together within their departments, but outside of those groups communication is lacking and creates inter-departmental conflicts and workflow issues.

Cons

Employee morale is low. Management tries to actively engage employees to identify areas for improvement, but results seem to miss the mark. Communication is key, but unfortunately lacking. I don't know that it is intentional or just the way it has always been so it is embedded in the corporate culture. Addressing this single issue would have the greatest impact on morale.

Pros

The work was easy. It provided variety in location. I enjoyed the work and the pay was good.

Cons

Was reassured at hire that although the position was per diem that plenty of hours would be available. Upon resignation I had not worked in nearly two months. I was told that this type of lull in work was unusual. The communication with payroll and IT were poor. I had computer problems and it required me to return my laptop. It took 3 months for them to retrieve the data and me to be paid for the time connected to the data retrieved. Training was brief, thorough but too brief. My equipment was delayed arriving so I was unable to practice using in during class and ask any related questions. My first day I had to call clinical support for assistance and they assumed I should have know the answer to the question already.
