      very good development planning and approach. best practices

      No reviews. No Bonus. only managers get bonus. Its like mom and pops grocery store. The good salaries and work and growth opportunities are reserved for the "gang of friends". Very low morale.. all around. HR responds to any issues after a month and after reminding everyday. Don't believe what the recruiter promises about growth and pay or even some benefits. most of it is lies. benefits are revised every day and you end up being cheated.

      1. management sucks!-- they are unfair. 2. HR is worst... extremely slow responses, no courtesy absolutely wat soever, I do not understand why people do not have back up's[with/without thier absence] 3. managers unable to shield thier subordinates. unclear communication. 4. Annual Reviews not done on time. 5. poor PTO policy, no great benefits, no working remote policy.-- simply no nothing They have very few employees who continue in this firm beyond a year or 2....everyone leaves. This statistic fact speaks for itself.
