      Incompetent company from the top down. Unfair treatment, no positive recognition just continuous negative feed back.

      Pros

      Flexibility for remotes, however, you must be available when ever they request you to be.

      Cons

      No consistency in their policies/procedures,non-certified coders review CPC coders for their accuracy,won't recognize error disputes, continually put on PIP's in order to avoid pay increases/reasons behind termination.Always a double standard to their policies.

      Pros

      It's a risk, you may have a good future, like those people working at google. but, it is hard to say for now, and you have to wait at least 5-10 years to see that if it does happen.

      Cons

      Tie too much time to the work, and the current benefit is poor comparing to the profitability. so the company makde a good money, but not those common emploees.

      Pros

      It's great pay until it runs out. Work from home with very flexible hours. Usually plenty of work.

      Cons

      High stress related factors dealing with upper management in that employees are required to put in several hours each week for no pay. Many different answers relating to job requirements and pay depending on who you speak with.
