Business Outlook
Pros
Flexibility of work hours, challenging work, great pay, good leadership, great training. I LOVE my immediate supervisor (called a lead). She is the best manager I have ever worked for! Communication between our team members is phenomenal.
Cons
Frequent changes in policies/procedures which are not always communicated all the way down the ranks, minimal benefits (only 401K offered), frequent IT difficulties (recently improving)
